SUMMARY:Hollyburn Cross Country AGM\, Club Buy Night and Ski Swap
DESCRIPTION:The 2018 Club Buy Night and AGM take place at Coast Outdoors (formerly Deep Cove Outdoors)\, which will be open all evening. The AGM starts at 7:30 p.m. and we should be done by 8:30. This is your opportunity to find out more about your club and meet your club executive. There will be a draw for two entries to the P’ayakentsut for those in attendance at the end of the AGM. \nDue to the closure of Sigge’s\, the annual Ski Swap will now take place in conjunction with the AGM and Buy Night. It takes place from 6:00 p.m. until the start of the AGM at 7:30. Please bring your equipment you wish to sell with you and ensure that it is marked with your name\, phone number and a price. Do not bring equipment beforehand (as was done at Sigge’s). You will not be able to leave it at the store. A covered area has been allocated for the swap. You must remain with and monitor your own equipment; this is not a drop-off service. \nDrinks and snacks will be provided. There will be draws for two entries to the Coast Outdoors P’ayakentsut. Special Guest Freya Hik will talk about her experiences FISU Games (World University Games) and being a university athlete. \nIf you wish to consider standing for election to the 2018/19 HCCSC executive\, please contact the Club President Dirk Rohde by the deadline of October 11\, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. \nClick here for the official AGM Notice.
