The AGM will run from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. There will be elections of club officers, presentation of financials and program reports. Please review the previous meeting minutes before the meeting so that they can be approved. We are planning on posting the club financials before the meeting for members to review.

After signing on to the meeting, please change your name to your first name and last name followed by a dash and the city where you live. Please list the names of all attending on your call, separated by commas, if multiple people are sharing a Zoom session. We will use this for our AGM attendee list.
